The applicant, Scott Backman, on behalf of Tanjali Investments, LLC, is requesting a variance and site plan approval for the construction of a hotel on property located at the northwest corner of Stirling Road and SW 19 Court.

Description of Action

VARIANCE

To waive the required landscape area around the building to provide between zero (0) and nine (9) feet of landscaping; code requires 25 feet [Section 275-100(E)].

SITE PLAN

            To construct a 100-room, 6-story hotel.
